Firstly, I hope this edition of our newsletter finds you and your families safe and well. I can't believe that we are officially in the second half of the year and what a ride 2020 has been so far.
So what have I learned during these challenging times? Here are my top three:
- I like the simple life
- Spending time with the family is good
- Travelling takes up a lot of time
The turbulent times of the pandemic are behind us, and we are determined to get back to the high levels we expect from ourselves. Actions are already in process to improve our services. We are committed to delivering our mission statement:
To continually develop our solution. We help our users achieve IT certification, gain job-ready IT skills, build their confidence, increase their employability, and benefit from career progression.
To exceed the expectations of our customers and partners, always putting them first and supporting them to the best of our ability.
